Getting to the Escape ARTfest

Milton Ulladulla District - photograph by Robyne BamfordThe Milton Ulladulla District (the MUD) is located on the beautiful South Coast of NSW, at the southern end of the Shoalhaven, approximately 3 hours south of Sydney. On our doorstep are some of the world's most pristine beaches, gorgeous bushland and picturesque farms, all under the backdrop of our most famous landmark, Pigeon House Mountain.

The nearest airports are Moruya and Albion Park (both small domestic aiports, and both over one hour from the MUD) and the closest train station is Bomaderry which is 60 minutes away. Several bus lines pass through the district, although once you're here public transport is limited. For this reason it is recommended to travel here by car.

The Escape ARTfest takes place at numerous locations around the MUD. Refer to the map on your official program or from this website. Venues stretch from Manyana in the north to Bawley Point in the South (approximately 60 minutes apart) although most of the venues invloved during the festival are within 5 km of Ulladulla Harbour.

Getting Here By Car

The Princes Highway passes directly through Milton and Ulladulla, so it's very easy to find us if you're driving. Once you're here call into the local Visitor Information Centre directly opposite Ulladulla Harbour. Here you will find out all there is to know about the area as well as pick up your Official Festival Programme.
