Marama Warren Creative Journal WorkshopCreative Journal Workshop

Ulladulla Library

Saturday and Sunday October 9th and 10th 2pm - 5pm.

Cost $30 per day or $50 for both days.Join us for two light-hearted sessions of insight, inspiration, and imagination. Everyone welcome.

Good communication begins with the art of listening – not only to others, but also to your self.  Using a personal journal is a valuable way of practising inner listening and bringing clarity to your life and work. These workshops are designed to help you:

  • Develop your own voice
  • Tell your stories (including family histories)
  • Process and complete creative projects
  • Record and explore dreams, inspiration and insights..

Over two consecutive afternoons, you will be guided to make your own blank journal. While making the book, we will explore and share ideas about recording the creative process, look at existing models of process journals and discuss available resources, books, materials, websites etc.

Then we will experiment with a range of techniques to use in the journal. The workshops are based on a whole brain concept to help you:

  • tap into your intuition and overcome blocks
  • find your authentic voice
  • find balance in your work and life
  • develop a regular writing practice

Join us for two light-hearted sessions of insight, inspiration, and imagination. Everyone welcome.
