Mettle: a person's ability to cope well with difficulties or to face a demanding situation in a spirited and resilient way... "Show us your Mettle" is a group show by 8 local artists and 1 writer. The motley crew exhibiting are Adam Webb, Davida Wiley, Jan Kierzkowski, Julia Collinson, Karissa Taylor, Kim Thompson, Penny Lovelock, Sharna Sirris an Paul Kierzkowski. Together they will be exhibiting a range of two dimensional pieces from works on paper and paintings to three dimensional assemblages and sculptures. Plus there will be a reading of some prose at the opening, adding a fourth dimension. This will be an exciting exhibition with all of the artists responding to the exhibition title in both obvious and obscure ways. Mystery Venue
